How a referral code works

  1. An existing user invites a new user via their unique referral code.
  2. The new user enters the code at sign-up; both parties may receive a benefit governed by the operator's current T&Cs.
  3. The benefit, if any, is credited after the new user completes a qualifying step (commonly a first deposit or first game).

Qualifying steps

What "qualifying" usually means in an operator's T&Cs.

A referral benefit is typically unlocked after the invited user completes a "qualifying" action — usually a first deposit, sometimes a first game, occasionally a verified KYC step. Until the qualifying action completes, the benefit may appear in the wallet as "pending" and may not be withdrawable. Read the T&Cs before assuming the credit is real money.

Common expiry windows

  • 7 days from sign-up for the credit to appear
  • 30 days for any subsequent turnover condition

  2. Enter the referral code at the step labelled "promo code" or "referral code" — using the correct step matters, because the code is not retroactively applied.
  3. Complete the qualifying step on the operator's T&Cs (commonly a first deposit).
  4. Wait for the operator's confirmation email or message before assuming the credit is live.

If the credit does not appear within the operator's stated window (commonly seven days), contact customer care in writing before assuming the offer did not work.
